Hobbies and Interests

Since graduating in 2010, I have worked for Premium Service Provider LogoSystems. This has given me excellent grass roots experience in not only technical aspects of Apple products but end user requirements. As an engineer I pride myself on engaging empathetically with my customers, solving their problems with a sense of professionalism and urgency. Previous roles such as my position at The Way Studio allowed me to not only build on my technical experience but to learn to become highly adaptable in a fast paced changeable environment.
I am highly motivated and thrive on problem solving and overcoming challenges. My career focus is to consistently improve results in customer service whilst continuing to gain technical knowledge.
In my spare time I volunteer extensively with The Royal British Legion and Imperial War Museum and, as such, have developed excellent time management skills needed to structure my activities efficiently.
